LET'S GET VERTICAL: This 2 hour Intermediate Hoop Dance workshop will cover all of the angles! Vertical Hooping on waist, chest and shoulders. Barrel Rolls, Pop-ins and more.
Prerequisites: comfortable on-body hooping (waist + chest), shoulder hooping in at least 1 direction or taken my 'Shoulders For Days' series.

There's still time to jump in on this OPEN LEVEL Fall Hoop Dance class series. Learn how to ROCK YOUR CORE whilst having fun, shake off stress and rediscover your joy and self-expression. Strengthen and tone the whole body and learn new skills with the hoop - on and off the body. Beginners welcome.
